Chile Lime Butter

The great thing about making Chile Lime Butter is that you can make it ahead of time and freeze it for future occasions. Then all you have to do is microwave it or let it thaw when you're ready to use it.

1 stick of unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. Chile Lime Saltburst (adjust according to your taste)

  1. Put the butter a bowl and microwave it for 1 minute or until it melts.
  2. Remove from the microwave and add the Chile Lime saltburst.
  3. Stir until the ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Store in a small, airtight container in the freezer or fridge until you need it.

To use it on corn-on-the-cob, simply thaw it at room temperature the same as regular butter and then spread on grilled or steamed corn. You can also spread it on your favorite slice of bread, but use your imagination and put it on anything...
